Resort Services is a services management company currently under term contract for general housekeeping in Port Douglas with one of Australia’s leading hotel brands.

Housekeeping duties traditionally have been usually managed internally, but today more and more industry leaders realize the benefits of outsourced professional services.

Our model is well suited in particular for those who operate under strata title management rights and with minimum front office staff requirements, it is in this area we feel our services would be mostly benefited from as that we concentrate on the day to day back office activities, whilst you are able to concentrate on what’s really important, your guests.
