Public Space Cleaning: Daily cleaning of public areas such as foyer, public toilets - pool and bbq areas leaving these areas clean, tidy and presentable for your guests.

Laundry Operations: We maintain and manage all areas of laundry operations from collection of your daily sourced deliveries, storage put-away, maintaining of appropriate par levels as well as consulting with you your current charge rates to ensure benefits to your monthly-outsourced linen charges.

Management and Supervision: All housekeeping carried out daily is supervised and managed by Resort Services with all guest room cleaning quality checked upon completion. Maintaining up to date forecasts through your booking register of arrivals/stays and departures enabling us to maintain daily personnel requirements so we can best service your needs.

Stocktaking: General monthly stocktaking of amenities and stock.

Invoicing: Clear and transparent weekly invoicing procedures.
